The winzer Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable. winzer employs age verification procedures during registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant regulatory authority.
The winzer Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. winzer does not accept registrations from players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. Players who circumvent geographic restrictions using VPNs or similar tools do so in violation of these Terms and may have their Accounts suspended and Balances forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the winzer Platform. Duplicate Accounts are strictly prohibited. If winzer identifies multiple Accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate Accounts will be closed, and any Balances or Bonus Funds held in those Accounts may be voided.
To access the full range of winzer services, you must register a Player Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and mobile number. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will promptly update your Account details if any information changes.
winzer conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required by applicable Philippine regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winzer login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account details with any third party. winzer will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify winzer immediately via the support channel.
All deposits on the winzer Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). winzer accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. winzer does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. winzer does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. winzer aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed on the Platform, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable security checks. winzer reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the Platform. Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable; only winnings derived from completed wagering requirements on Bonus Funds may be withdrawn, subject to applicable withdrawal limits.
All Account Balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on winzer are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). winzer does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the Player and their payment provider.
winzer offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps applicable to each bonus are detailed in the individual promotion terms. winzer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Bonus abuse – including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting software errors, or colluding with other Players to manipulate bonus outcomes – is strictly prohibited. winzer reserves the right to void any bonus, withhold associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
All Games available on the winzer Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any Game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the game rules displayed on the Platform and these Terms, the game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to all other matters.
winzer uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable Games. RNG systems are independently audited to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random, statistically fair, and not subject to manipulation by winzer or any third party. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each Game are available within the game information panel.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, winzer reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the Player's Account. winzer's decision in such matters is final. winzer shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the Player's end.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winzer Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the winzer Platform without the prior written consent of winzer.
winzer is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the winzer Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
By registering an Account on winzer, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. winzer will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.
winzer is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to Players seriously. winzer provides a range of responsible gaming tools that Players may activate at any time from their Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
Self-exclusion allows a Player to voluntarily restrict their access to the winzer Platform for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once activated, cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering new Accounts.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winzer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
winzer's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their winzer Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The winzer Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. winzer makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. winzer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and shall not be liable for any losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled downtime.
winzer reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or for any other reason winzer deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or comply with applicable law.
Upon termination of an Account for cause, winzer reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, winzer may forfeit the Balance in full. If no breach is confirmed, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.
Players may request the closure of their own Account at any time by contacting winzer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and winzer, you are encouraged to contact winzer support in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. winzer will endeavor to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
winzer reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on the winzer Platform at winzer.app/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Where changes are material, winzer will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
